Dash to December!!


The finish line is now in sight...December is upon us and it's our last block for the year that was 2017. So come on and sprint with us to the finish line, and tackle the silly season head on with the improved fitness, health and mind set that yo've achieved through our sessions.

Starts Monday 27 November 6am (Rugby Park AM and PM session)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm

This four week block ends on Friday 22 December 2017
