A new beginning now that Winter is almost over and Spring in on her way...a weeks rest is the reward at the end of this four week block to rest up for the onset of Spring!

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm
This four week block ends on Friday 25 August 2017
The end of this block sees BC Fitness take a weeks break from group training. Sessions will resume Monday 4 September 2017.
