Something new this year with a weeks intensive training, that's right - A WEEK OF TRAINING. Whether just starting out or a BC Fitness enthusiast come and join in on the action and try out everything we have to offer in a jam packed week of fitness.

Starts Monday 15 August

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm ONE WEEK ONLY!!
