Winter is definitely here and it's only going to get colder...so why not keep moving with BC Fitness and join our Bootcamp sessions - ALL INDOORS during the cold, wet and miserable moments of Winter.
Starts Monday 11 July 6am (Action Packed Stadium, evening session St Ailbes Hall)
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm
This four week block ends on Friday 5 August 2016
BC Fitness will take a break between August 8-12 inclusive and will resume again on Monday 15 August.
