With the weather getting cooler and Easter soon upon us, why not muster up a mate and join us for our March Bootcamp - get moving before the Hot Cross Buns and Easter eggs catch up with you!

Starts Monday 7 March 6am at the Rugby Park sports field

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm 

This four week block ends on Friday 8 April 2016. (This block covers a five week period as Easter falls on what would be Week 4. So we are having a break over Easter meaning there will be NO sessions held between Friday 25 March and Friday 1 April inclusive. Bootcamp will return to normal on Monday 5 April).
