Here is something for the diehards...A WEEK OF TRAINING right before Christmas!! Bootcamp sessions are done for 2016 so why not come and join in on the last bit of action BC Fitness will provide for the year?!! Come and try out everything we have to offer in a jam packed week of fitness right before we get all jolly and festive?!!

Starts Monday 19 December 6am

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm ONE WEEK ONLY!!
