The end of 2016 is close upon us with this block of Bootcamp being the last for the year. Let BC Fitness help you to move through November with increased vitality of muscle and mind to tackle the craziness of the Festive Season head on!

Starts Monday 21 November 6am (Rugby Park AM and PM session)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm

This four week block ends on Friday 16 December 2016
