Sweat through September


The beginning of Spring! Time to test out your health and fitness with BC Fitness - starting indoors in this block and gradually moving outdoors as Daylight Savings kicks in. Lace up your shoes, throw on a sweat band and join us on the Fitness Train!

Starts Monday 28 September 6am (Action Packed Stadium, evening session St Ailbes Hall)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm

This four week block ends on Friday 27 October 2015
