A new beginning now that Winter is almost over and Spring in on her way...two weeks rest has ensured you're ready to alight the fitness train and get back into the swing of things for the slow onset of warmer weather.

Starts Monday 24 August 6am (Action Packed Stadium, evening session St Ailbes Hall)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm

This four week block ends on Friday 18 September 2015
