Movin' into May

MIt's getting colder now and that's definitely more incentive to keep moving to keep warm! All sessions are now indoors with the exception of three run sessions.

Starts Monday 11 May 6am (Action Packed Stadium, evening session St Ailbes Hall)y

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm

This four week block ends on Friday 5 June 2015

BC Fitness takes a weeks break between 8-12 June 2015, resuming back on Monday 15 June.
