Outdoors in October!!


October sees BC Fitness move from the creature comforts of indoor venues back to being outdoors. Daylight Savings is well and truly in force now and the end of Bootcamp for 2015 is nearing with only 8 weeks left. Get a head start to the approaching New Year - let better fitness and health be your Christmas present to yourself!

Starts Monday 26 October 6am (Rugby Park AM and PM session)

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-7am and 6-7pm

This four week block ends on Friday 20 November 2015
